Endeavour International Corporation announced that J. Michael Kirksey has submitted his resignation, effective immediately, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in order to spend more time in other areas of interest.

The Company has engaged SpencerStuart to begin immediately the search process for a new Chief Financial Officer.
