NEW DELHI - Mozambique plans to auction up to 12 oil and gas blocks in the January-March period of 2013, Deputy Minister of Mineral Resources Abdul Razak Noormahomed told reporters Tuesday.
Mr. Noormahomed is in India to attend the Petrotech oil and gas conference.
Mozambique currently has about 10 operational blocks.
