Noble Energy, Unit Petroleum Close Sale of Mid-Continent Properties

Noble Energy, Inc. has closed the previously announced sale of certain oil and natural gas properties in western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle to Unit Petroleum Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Unit Corporation. Proceeds from the transaction were approximately $594 million and included certain adjustments from the effective date of April 1, 2012.
