Pogo Appoints Vice President and General Counsel
The Board of Directors of Pogo Producing Company announced the appointment of Mr. Michael J. Killelea as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Killelea is a native of Michigan where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business, with honors, from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Wayne State University. Killelea, 38, has been Pogo's Chief Counsel for more than a year following his service as Chief Counsel of CMS Energy Corporation.
