Forest Oil Reveals Results of West Cameron 112 #1 Well

Forest Oil has announced the test results for its deep shelf discovery at West Cameron Block 112 #1 in the Gulf of Mexico. The #1 well tested at a rate of 15.4 MMcf/d and 322 Bbls/d of condensate with a flowing tubing pressure of 10,475 PSI.

Initial production is forecasted to be 20-25 MMcfe/d and the well is expected to be placed on-line in the third quarter of 2004.

This well was drilled to a total depth of 15,325 feet. Forest, as operator, has a 55% working interest and Dominion Exploration & Production, Inc. holds a 45% working interest in this well.
