Fox Petroleum Files Financial Statements

Fox Petroleum has filed the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) audits required for its purchase of Renfro Energy and Cameron Parish Pipelines in an 8k filed on November 4, 2011.
"We are pleased with having this first step completed and the Cameron Parish School Board lease is a significant asset," said William Lieberman, Chief Executive Officer of Fox Petroleum.
