Royal Energy Increases Stake in Niobara County

Royal Energy has acquired a 3% overriding royalty interest in Niobara County, Wyoming. The interest encompasses 80 mineral acres and will be developed by Black Diamond Minerals, LLC, a Denver, Colorado-based company. Black Diamond operates more than 100 wells in Wyoming and Colorado focused on long lived oil and gas properties in the Rockies.

"The field in Niobara County marks yet another acquisition of oil and gas mineral rights in Wyoming," said Jacob Roth, President of Royal Energy Resources, Inc. "Moreover, teaming with an industry leader like Black Diamond Minerals, LLC is important in helping us accelerate our oil and gas production revenue future."

Royal recently announced it has acquired a 5% overriding royalty interest in Weston County, Wyoming. The overriding royalty interest encompasses 75 mineral acres, and the oil and gas production will be developed by Orion Energy Partners, L.P., a Denver, Colorado-based company. Recently, Orion Energy assigned its interest to Noble Energy, Inc., a public company.

Roth indicated that the company is aggressively pursuing additional oil and gas mineral rights acquisitions.
