Express Energy Services Acquires Koda Rathole

Express Energy Services announced the acquisition of Koda Rathole which was made official on January 31, 2011. Koda Rathole, headquartered in North Richland Hills, Texas, provides the service of setting conductor pipe and drilling of the rat and mouse holes in preparation for the drilling of a new oil or gas well.

Koda Rathole's CEO Craig Rosengrants said, "We are very excited about partnering up with Express Energy Services and being able to better serve our clients now and in the future.
