Devon Quantifies Impact of Enbridge Pipeline Outages

Devon Energy Corp. on Thursday announced that its Canadian heavy oil volumes have been impacted due to outages on the Enbridge pipeline system. As a result, the company's production has been curtailed by approximately 10,000 barrels per day.

The curtailments are expected to continue through year-end reducing the company's expected fourth quarter Canadian oil volumes by roughly 300,000 barrels. This represents one-half of one percent of Devon's total expected company-wide production for the fourth quarter.

Devon Energy Corp. is an Oklahoma City-based independent energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration and production. Devon is a leading U.S.-based independent oil and gas producer and is included in the S&P 500 Index.
