JGC will be selling its 44.94% share interest in M.W. Kellogg Limited (MWKL) to KBR.

KBR announced Friday that it has signed a contract to provide project management and cost-reimbursable engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services to Qatar Shell GTL Limited for the Pearl GTL project in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
