The parties have different views on the obligation of Shell UK.

Havila Shipping has entered into an agreement with Havvag for the purpose of transferring Havila AS' indirect ownership interests in five platform supply vessels to the Company.

Havila Shipping achieved a result before tax of NOK 14 million in Q2 2008, compared with NOK 66.7 million in Q2 last year. Total income in the period ended at NOK 158.2 million, against NOK 139.8 million in Q2 2007.

Havila Shipping has awarded ODIM a contract of approximately NOK 100 million for the delivery of a 250 ton fiber rope ODIM CTCU system for subsea installations and two ODIM LARS systems. The delivery is scheduled for October 2010.

Havila Shipping has entered into a contract with Havyard Leirvik AS to build a large Subsea Construction vessel, the Havyard 860. The contract is valued at NOK 1.5 million, and delivery is slated for 2011.

A contract worth NOK 74 million covering automated handling equipment has been awarded to ODIM's business segment for Subsea & Deepwater Installation by Norway's Havila Ships AS.

Maersk Oil has contracted two modern platform supply vessels from Havila Shipping ASA for a long-term agreement.

Havila Shipping ASA has purchased a further 70% part in KS Havila Neptun.

Havila Shipping and Phoenix International signed a 10-year contract for the newbuild Subsea Construction Vessel, Havyard 858. The vessel will start work ing the Gulf of Mexico in 2008.

Acergy signed an agreement with Havila Shipping for a new build diving support vessel for Northern Europe operations.

Charters worth NOK 1.8 billion, including options, for three anchor handling newbuilds have been placed by Statoil with Norway's Solstad Offshore and Havila Shipping companies.

Havila Shipping ASA has entered into a charter agreement with Hydro for the Muly-Field Standby vessel Havila Runde. The contract has a duration of five years firm.

Hydro has entered into agreements with shipping companies DOF, Havila and Farstad, to lease three supply ships to join Hydro's supply services in the Norwegian offshore sector.
