Abraxas Petroleum Corporation is a publicly traded energy company with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. The Company acquires producing properties, explores for and produces crude oil and natural gas in Texas, Wyoming, and Canada. Abraxas operates or owns an interest in 20 gas processing plants in Canada.

Canadian operations are conducted through Grey Wolf Exploration Inc. Grey Wolf, which is 49 percent owned by Abraxas, manages the assets of Abraxas' wholly-owned subsidiary Canadian Abraxas Petroleum Limited. This arrangement provides cost efficiencies as well as access to a range of technologies and people expertise.
