Energas Resources has purchased a 0.323733 working interest in the Ainsworth #1-33 natural gas well in Pittsburg County, OK. Subject to natural gas prices, this purchase will increase the company's net cash flow by approximately $6,000 per month.

Energas Acquires New Well in Kentucky
Energas Resources has acquired a new well in Whitley County, Kentucky. The Davis #1 well is producing from the Newman Limestone formation at approximately 1,745 feet and has settled in to produce at a steady rate of 65 MCF of natural gas per day.
