WorleyParsons Awarded FEED Contract for Hebron Project

ExxonMobil Canada Properties awarded Worley Parsons a contract for the topsides on the Hebron Project. The contract is to perform a FEED, with the option at ExxonMobil's discretion to subsequently provide detailed engineering, procurement and construction services. The operator has approved a US $61 million contract for the FEED to be completed through 2011, and in return, WorleyParsons will provide overall project management of the contract with subcontracts to be awarded to multiple third parties. The Hebron heavy oil field is situated in the Jeanne d'Arc Basin in Arctic waters measuring 302 feet (92 meters) deep, located about 217 miles (350 kilometers) offshore the eastern coast of Canada's Newfoundland and Labrador.
