Aker Solutions Signs Frame Agreement Contract with Statoil

Aker Solutions was granted a frame agreement for maintenance and modification work on Statoil's offshore installations, including Snorre A/B, Gullfaks A/B/C, Visund and Asgard A/B in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. The contract period is for four years and includes options for further extensions up to four years. The scope of work will typically involve engineering, procurement, construction and installation, and completion of modifications, maintenance, studies and prefabrication. Preparation activities will commence immediately.
