FMC Technologies Secures Pan Pandora Contract

FMC Technologies received a US $70 million contract from Statoil to manufacture and supply subsea production equipment to support the Pan Pandora oil and gas field. FMC's work scope includes the manufacture of four subsea production trees, wellheads, choke modules and subsea control modules. The company will also supply a manifold structure, associated tools and control systems. Delivery of the equipment is scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2011. Pan Pandora is located in water depths of about 950 feet (290 meters) in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. The also award includes options for the supply of subsea production systems for three further fields.
