Cirrus Energy announced that Mr. Willem Korndorffer has resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of the Corporation effective November 13, 2009 to pursue other ventures.

Mr. Korndorffer has been involved with the Corporation since 2005 and has been an integral part of its development. The Board of Directors and Officers of the Corporation thank him for his many contributions and wish him success in his future endeavors.
