PetroSkills and its parent company, OGCI, Inc. have announced the acquisition of PetrEX International, Inc., a leading provider of drilling training and consulting to the worldwide oil and gas industry. PetrEX has demonstrated a unique blend of capabilities that span technical, interpersonal, and safety competencies through world-class training media and personnel.
