ConocoPhillips Gets Nod to Use Port Rigmar on Ekofisk

ConocoPhillips has previously received consent for use of Port Rigmar. The facility is situated on the west side of 2/4-Q with a gangway connection. In connection with the planned modifications and upgrades on Ekofisk, the company still needs to use Port Rigmar as living quarters.
 

The new consent will apply up to October 1, 2012, and entails moving Port Rigmar to 2/4-X where the facility is expected to be less exposed to waves during extreme wind conditions.
