Mediterranean Oil & Gas (MOG) has commenced a work over operation on the gas production well Vigna Nocelli 1 in Torrente Celone. The work over is part of the company's strategy on-going program to maximize gas production potential from our portfolio of production concessions on-shore Italy. MOG is the operator of the concession with 50% interest.

Additionally, negotiations for a new drilling window for MOG's Italian exploration well Monte Grosso 2 (MG2) are expected to be successfully concluded shortly with drilling operations anticipated to commence in Q4 2008. MOG serves as the operator of MG2 with 22.89% interest.
