Strata Oil & Gas Completes Stock Split

Strata Oil and Gas says that its Board of Directors has completed a two-for-one forward stock split of its common stock to the shareholders of record at the close of business on October 8, 2007. On October 9, 2007 the post-split shares were sent to the Company's shareholders without further action on the part of such shareholders. Trading began on a split-adjusted basis on October 10, 2007.
