Xcite Energy All Smiles over Bentley Flow Test

change text size

Xcite Energy Limited announced that the pre-production flow test is progressing well, with the planned shut-in period and pressure build-up test having been commenced on July 11 following the initial, successful, clean-up and first oil flow on July 9. This planned shut-in
period and pressure build-up test is designed to obtain key information about the Bentley reservoir and the mobility of its fluids for use in
interpreting the subsequent flow data and for planning the next step of the Bentley field development. Following this build-up test, the flow
test will continue as planned.

Great news that the oil was flowing on the 9th July when they did their first test. Huge potential and upside can only come from this given its previous flow in December 2010 when the temperature and conditions were less sympathetic! This makes for a very attractive buy particularly at the current give away share price (80p).
