Polarcus to Perform Seismic Acquisition Offshore Ireland

Providence Resources has signed a 3D seismic contract with Polarcus to acquire data in the Celtic Sea offshore Ireland. The acquired data will be used to plan for an appraisal well designed to move Barryroe towards first oil.

The survey is expected to commence in June and should run for nearly 15 days. Barryroe is located in permit SEL 2/07 offshore Ireland. Providence operates Barryroe (50%) with partners San Leon Energy (30%) and Lansdowne Oil & Gas (20%).
