Operations

Master Rig International services the oil and gas industry through the inspection, assessment, service, refurbishment and repair of drilling equipment for domestic and international drilling companies. MRI ensures quality and assurance through our API Specification QI and ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 29001 certification. We make sure customer satisfaction by providing products and services that meet or exceed the requirements defined by our customers' specifications, schedule, and budget through the continual improvement of our quality management system. We employ mechanics and technical staff who have years of service expertise and product knowledge. Our mechanics have vast experience with every component of the drilling rig: draw-works, rotary tables, swivels, traveling blocks, pumps top-drives and other ancillary equipment.

MRI provides comprehensive service at two physical plants: at its 48,000 square foot fully equipped corporate headquarters in Houston, TX, and a fabrication and coating plant that sits on 10 acres and that has two large shops, also in Houston. And, of course, we service inland and off-shore field locations both domestically and internationally. MRI also specializes in rig packages for your capital equipment needs and can provide field service technicians for any number of your company's projects. We have secured and completed projects in Central and South America, Russia, and Singapore. MRI recognizes four key elements to a successful mechanical service business: Service Repair, Repair-Refurbishment, Parts Sales, and Capital Equipment Sales. And while each of these four elements can be independent revenue centers, the most successful service companies understand that the combined effect of these four elements in synergy both strengthens the company's market presence and enhances the likelihood of consistent revenue and growth.
