Our client requires an Engineering Project Manager for a permanent position based in Houston.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Offshore Engineering Project Manager you will have bottom line responsibility for the technical success of a variety of large offshore floating projects, and will manage all phases of the engineering, provide input into the planning and execution of major offshore projects (typically a major project or group of projects have a total installed cost of over $500 million). Project scope will range from FEED through detailed engineering of topsides and hull design projects (Semis & TLPs) along with module designs for FPSOs located around the world. The Offshore Engineering Project Manager will supervise project personnel through the project leads and be the liaison with the client and company on project technical issues for the organization.

Skills:
Candidates should also have related offshore experience, including supervision of large groups of multi-discipline engineering teams executing both FEED and detailed engineering for floating offshore facilities; topside module design for FPSO's or platforms including fixed, floating, or TLP.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Ocean, or Civil) with preference given to candidates having an advanced degree.
