• Assist in technical & commercial evaluation/selection.
  
• Identify commercial impacts to Project Manager & assist in negotiations with sub-contractors.
  
• Ensure that design and quality requirements are maintained during construction phase.
  
• Also ensure the constructability aspect is taken into account during engineering phase.
  
• Use all feedbacks from the sites to feed back engineering with information which could be used to develop better products.
  
• Ensure on regular basis that engineering deliverables are available for site when required.
  
• Ensure all necessary construction procedures are in place and approved.
  
• Ensure the procedures are followed on site.
  
• Ensure all necessary records are obtained from contractor and review/approved as necessary.
  
• Ensure all TQR's are processed through the approval channel as required and answered in reasonable time.
  
• Ensure all non-conformities are clearly documented and approved by appropriate authority as required and take appropriate action to mitigate potential risk of delay on the project.
  
• Ensure that all items required for the project are ordered, or supplied by sub-contractors.
  
• Ensure free issue items are available and delivered to site as required, and take appropriate action to mitigate potential risks of delay on the project.
  
• Ensure the completion/commissioning requirements are fully covered and clear. Participate, if required, to the elaboration of the procedure, and ensure it is well understood by the site team.
  
• Ensure all the completion/commissioning activities are fully supported by necessary test records and certificates.
  

• Degree in Engineering.
  
• Malaysian Nationality
  
• Engineering and/or Site Supervision execution in the onshore construction industry.
