Compressor Systems Inc. (CSI), strategically located in all major oil & gas producing areas, manufactures the highest quality compression equipment known in its industry providing services with factory trained technicians that support fast response customer service from reliable rental fleets to turnkey construction and installation of compression systems. We are now accepting resumes for the position(s) of Mechanical Assembler for Midland, Texas.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years experience of structural welding.
- 6G welder certification strongly preferred.
- Two or more years experience working in the natural gas compressor packaging industry.
- Experience with threading, bend, & install of pipe, tubing, and conduit.
- Posses a general mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work overtime.
- Must be willing to relocate to Midland, TX (West Texas).
Responsibilities:
- Will be performing threading and install of pipe, conduit, and tubing.
- Assembles and installs various mechanical and electrical devices.
- Assists other mechanical assemblers at upper level.
- Will operate a cutting torch and torque fasteners.
