We are seeking an experienced Drilling Maintenance Supervisor to join one of our high profile oil & gas clients.

Description
Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of, but not limited to, the following duties
- Supervise a team that could include: mechanics, helpers, technicians, yard hands, forklift operators, welders, clerks and others as needed
- Utilize and interpret blueprints and schematics for necessary installation, maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that all maintenance, repairs and installations are done in a safe, efficient manner
- Keep detailed records of all preventative maintenance and repairs
- Understand and follow proper rigging techniques for equipment lifting and material handling.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all rig equipment.
- Maintain a well organized parts and supply inventory.
- Dispatch personnel in an efficient and effective manner to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Prior Rig Mechanic experience (4+ years)
- Prior Supervisory experience (2+ years)
- Experience ordering parts/supplies and maintaining an inventory to minimize downtime to the operation
- Advanced technical training and certifications are highly desired
- Hydraulic & pneumatics experience
- Must have detailed knowledge of the operation and maintenance of all equipment on a drilling rig.
- Must be able to legibly read and write reports
