Swift Worldwide Resources is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry. Our client, the largest national gas producer in the nation, is in need of a ROW Coordinator in their Wyoming office.
Summary
The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating permits, easements and right-of-way in order to complete the project given in a timely manner. Other duties include: interpreting company policy for ROW Agents regarding the purchase and/or payments of property agreements, coordinating field activities, and contacting property owners to secure easements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- Ability to work with ROW managers on issues regarding landowner, easements, and team processes
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles especially PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION
- MUST have strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer software
- Familiar with releasing information to the public regarding ROW agreements
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Experienced in purchasing and directing acquisition of ROW or obtaining licenses and agreements
- Willing to settle claims for property or crop damage resulting from construction activities
- MUST be able to work with project coordinators in regards to permitting and survey issues
