As a North American Control Tower - Logistics Program Supervisor with Baker Hughes you will analyze corporate transportation and distribution methods and procedures to develop and utilize the most economically advantageous and efficient means of delivering the organization's products, based on an evaluation of freight classifications, tariff rates, and operating capabilities concurrent with delivery schedules and deadlines.

Role Description
Performs root cause analysis and develops process improvements that will enable BHI to be Best In Class when it comes to Logistics.
Reports to the Regional Logistics Director
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of large and complex export projects.
Program manages complex, highly visible and large export shipments
Performs root cause analysis and recommends corrective action on service failures
Experience and Skills required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of experience
Coordinates trade compliance internal audits
Liaison between Logistics and other BHI functional areas on process improvement initiatives
Performs job function of Export Supervisor on an as needed basis, managing the day to day export of product from the US
Handles special projects, as assigned
