 Exciting PERMANENT opportunity for a RIG ELECTRICIAN with electrical experience!
Swift Worldwide Resources is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry. OUR CLIENT, the largest national gas producer in the nation, is in need of a Rig Electrician to work for their New York office.
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The Rig Electrician MUST be familiar with AC Variable Frequency Drives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of oil field electrical experience REQUIRED
- Familiar with motor controls
- Previous knowledge of lighting
- Ability to operate generator controls
- Prior rig experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Local candidacy PREFERRED
