Key Energy Services is the largest provider of onshore well service rigs in the United States and one of the leading onshore, rig-based well servicing contractors in the world. Key provides a complete range of well services, including rig-based well maintenance, workover, well completion and recompletion services, fluid management services, pressure pumping services, fishing and rental services, electric wireline services and ancillary oilfield services.
We are currently seeking a Wireline Engineer for our Electric Wireline location in Midland, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembling and performing perforating gun services in various field locations
- Running logging tools offered by the company, such as Cement Bond logs and correlation logs
- Ensuring the operation of perforating and setting services offered by the company is done safety, efficiently and according to established standards and guidelines
- Ensuring that all safety practices are implemented before, during and after the well service operation
- Providing technical assistance to other field operation personnel on location to assure work is carried out according to set schedules and procedures
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree or completion of technical or trade school with a minimum of three (3) years directly related work experience
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
- Possession of a commercial driver's license with hazardous material endorsement
- Certificate of Radiological Supervisor
- Ability to work in a team environment and establish good working relationships with others
- Available and willingness to travel to various locations
