Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the company's maintenance program and management of the company's computerized maintenance system. Primary Job Functions:

• Responsible for the corporate implementation of the Company's preventative maintenance system
• Responsible for the ongoing evaluation of maintenance procedures and spare parts stocking levels
• Hire and develop maintenance personnel
• Generate and track expenditures in relation to a maintenance budget
• Ensure that maintenance is performed in accordance with Company's policies and procedures; equipment manufacturer's recommendations; Class, Client and regulatory requirements
• Ensure that operational, maintenance, and repair activities are documented and that records are kept in accordance with Company, Class, Client, and regulatory requirements
• Support field personnel with the troubleshooting and repair of equipment
• Interface directly with vendors and suppliers to identify maintenance and sparing requirements
• Review OEM maintenance and safety bulletins, identify internal actions and track accordingly
• Responsible for the generation of equipment failure reports and identification of corrective actions
• Technical Associates Degree, worked for an offshore drilling contractor in international market, familiar with CMMS systems, at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
