Responsibilities:
As a Director of Business Development you will be expected to meet or exceed assigned pipeline, volume and profit objectives, participate in resale proposals and account retention activities, provide accurate, competitive information and develop timely, accurate sales proposals. You will provide sales support and training to the ARAMARK Sales Team and Management where appropriate and requested by the Regional Vice President. Specific sales support includes: sales training, strategy developments, customer presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations, target market action plans, prospect database management and annual objectives development.
ARAMARK currently offers our services at 50 offshore locations as well as other land camps and boats that service the oil drilling industry. The Offshore Operations & Remote Sites division of Business Services is looking for professional leaders committed to providing our customers with unique solutions, and outstanding service.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of business development experience preferred.
A minimum of 5 years operational experience, in the Remote Services or Offshore Gulf Of Mexico industry.
The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential.
Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills are required.
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required.
Previous experience in contract-managed services is preferred.
Must thrive in a quota driven environment while staying focused, organized and flexible.
