 Under broad direction provides highly skilled level sales support andproduct application recommendations on product line. Measures productperformance and recommends design modifications to existing products..Tracks prototype applications, field test results, and new productmarket introductions. Investigates unusual or unsatisfactory productperformance to determine root cause and preventative action. Performscustomer technical presentations. Provides technical consultation tocustomers on product / performance issues. May be leadengineering/technical position in local area. Handles special projects,as assigned. Conducts all business activities in accordance to BakerHughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes CoreValues.Highly skilled in multiple applications. Able to identify the properproduct and service for simple to complex applications. Ability to workand communicate well with internal and external customers.University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required. 3 + yearsexperience with in-depth knowledge of Drill Bits products and services.
