Role Description

• Troubleshoots, tests, and assembles electro-mechanical assemblies

Responsibilities

• Assists in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Performs complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
• May build test fixtures
• Provides technical support to other groups and co-workers.

Experience and Skills required

• 3+ years experience as an electro/mechanical technician.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. AA degree in Electro/Mechanics or engineering technology, or technical vocational certification in AC/DC electrical circuits and fluid power preferred
• Basic skills on soldering and assembling of electro/mechanical devices. Proficient in the use of multimeters, meggers, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments. Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read, interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
• Versed in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro/mechanical devices.
• Ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.
