Job Description:
|
 To ensure the required HSE performance is introduced and maintained to International Standards in field operations,
To ensure HSE equipment is suitable for purpose and maintained in condition of readiness,
To lead the field HSE Emergency Response Team,
To ensure the required levels of HSE Training to International Standards is delivered to field personnel,
To track and corrective and improvement actions in the field operations,
To manage and develop HSE personnel & fire fighting team on field,
Develop, implement, manage and maintain, together with the HSE and Security Coordinators, separate HSE and Security Induction Programs for new hires, visitors and sub-contractors.
Plan, conduct, supervise and assess HSE audits, report findings and recommendations to the General Manager, and implement improvement programs.
