• Conduct strategic reviews of existing processes, applications and technologies.

• Ensure that E&P Enterprise Architecture principles and standards are followed.
  
• Utilize internal and external resources (for example, industry groups such as Gartner and Concours) to validate research and trends.
  
• Keep Manager, E&P Business Systems, IS Management and other stakeholders informed of progress on all activities on a regular basis.

• Strong technical skills, analytical skills and research capability; maintain currency of knowledge as business and technology environment evolves.
  
• Information Technology background with breadth of experience in architecting solutions to address complex business scenarios.
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work effectively with all levels, cultures, functions; good team player.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines required; ability to work in a project environment with critical drivers and timelines.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to exhibit energy, enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
  
• A good understanding of the E&P business.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to form, direct and motivate teams.

• 10+ years experience, at least 5 years in a consulting role.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline required.
  
• MBA preferred.
