Job Description:

Come join Air Energi in this contract position for approximately three years (with potential option to renew). You will be providing services in connection with the development of the Hebron Project, one of Newfoundland and Labrador's oil and gas projects.

The Topsides FEED/EPC Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the overall GBS FEED / EPC program planning development, control, and reporting.

This person reviews, analyses, and assists main contractors with plans and schedules, reporting methods, and progress monitoring while maintaining the Topsides FEED/EPC integrated schedule with input to the Project's integrated schedule.

Further roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.

- Participate in kick-off meetings with the EPC contractor and Project Management Team to ensure common understanding of planning, estimating, reporting and change management requirements.

- Advise the EPC contractor's organization with respect to Project controls tools and reports and contractor's efforts in schedule.

- Support Project Management Team and Schedule Stewards with ongoing project schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, and Change Management.

- Develop / maintain integrated schedules for internal review purposes including analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

- Assist Project Controls Lead as and when required.

- Maintain ongoing schedule opportunity / vulnerability database.

- Monitor and appraise the performance of Contractor's site in the areas of progress and schedule control.

- Work with main contractor to ensure schedules meet the requirements of the Client and control expectations.

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following skills/experience:

- Experience with offshore structures and principles of Engineer, Construction, and Commissioning.

- Knowledge of EPC and Contracting strategies.

- BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business Administration.

- Over ten years of experience in the offshore Oil and Gas Industry in a Project Management role, mainly in planning and scheduling.

- Computer literate, especially with Scheduling software, preferably Primavera 6.
