Job Description
Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships at business unit and Executive level
Acute business acumen; the ability to link an insightful assessment of the clients' needs into a proposal that calls upon the strengths and capabilities of BHI
Ability to understand the challenges inherent with today's technological opportunities and advise clients on strategic reservoir management offerings
Manage projects comprised of multi-disciplinary teams
Plan, coordinate, implement and manage all phases of complex project(s) which include new technologies while ensuring reliability, quality and delivery
Significant intra-BHI group coordination and customer interface
Provide experience and input to multi-disciplinary projects, including field development planning, reservoir performance analysis, and brown field optimization
Required Skills:
Able to demonstrate technical competence in Field Operations and an understanding of Reservoir Engineering
Stay abreast of fundamentals, industry best practices and new trends/development
Demonstrated knowledge of field operations, well monitoring, performance enhancement techniques, drilling and field facilities
Reservoir simulation modeling in at least one software program
Understanding of more than one functional category
Asset management and field development planning
Able to lead cross-disciplinary projects and communicate effectively across all disciplines
Thorough knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of project assignment
Track record of innovation & ingenuity in solving difficult problems
Ability to direct, mentor, and support junior level professionals
Project management and operational experience
Sound analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organization and leadership skills
Excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 12+ years specialized product experience
