• Plans, directs and supervises Maintenance of  Offshore Accommodation Platform on direct order to 6 HVAC/Electrician, 4 Plumber/Carpenter, 2 Maintenance Advisors, 2 Material Coordinators, Crane Operator, Mechanic, Painter/Blaster and Contractor.
  
• Responsible for setting Company Maintenance Policy  and monitoring compliance as per SOP.
  
• Provides the necessary support and guidance to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Conducts and directs regular audits including risk assessment and safety reviews.
  
• Carries out proactive review of all equipment in the accommodation with focus on poor performers and recommends solutions leading to continuous improvement.
  
• Provides technical input to modification, minor projects and technical studies.
  
• Plans and integrates priorities for planned maintenance and preparation of equipment for overhaul.
  
• Administrates the implementation of training and development program for group members with focus on enhancing capabilities of Angolan Nationals. Train the Nationals on Crane and Lifeboat Operator.
  
• Generate Work Order for the area of responsibility and receive Work Order from other area (Platform) generated by Production Personnel.
  
• Checks/prepares materials/spare parts availability to prevent longer downtime. Ordered materials/parts direct from Company Warehouse and if materials/parts not available creates Purchase Order Overseas thru Procurement Department.
  
• Prepares daily maintenance/progress reports and submit to Area Supervisor(s) by means of electronics mailing system.
