Role Summary/Purpose

The Wireline Sales Manager is focused on growing GE Oilfield Technology's customer base throughout the region. This role offers a fantastic career growth opportunity as you help Oilfield Technology penetrate dynamic, fast growth markets with industry-leading products designed to address some of the most demanding applications. In addition, you will influence the future of the business by providing voice of the customer to support high impact Oilfield Technology projects. In this role, you will

Essential Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed key metrics for orders, sales, profitability, market share and account retention
  • Provide technical support for application and installation proposal efforts
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved as measured by net promoter score and other customer metrics
  • Support the development of new business by working with the Product Line Leaders to create strategic growth plans
  • Coordinate relationships and interfaces with commercial operations, technical marketing, product management and other functions
  • Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers and prospects

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4 years work experience
  • Minimum of 7 additional years of Oilfield Services industry experience, with a focus on Cased Hole Wireline
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales role

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness and ability to travel the majority of the time
