Position Outline
The Fleet Scheduler coordinates the maintenance requirements of the licensed light vehicle fleet with external vendors, to ensure a safe, reliable fleet.
Note: This is a temporary, one-year opportunity.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with EH&S policies/procedures
- Provide customer support to LVF clients
- Coordinate fleet operations schedule
- Track vehicle regulatory compliance
- Facilitate resolution of non compliance
- Look for warranty opportunity within vendor quotes
- Ensure vendor final billings and original quotes are in line
- Process vendor invoices
- Maintain vehicle maintenance history within \sap work orders and track unit mileage within SAP transactions
- Flag and address delinquent LVF customers with respect to required Preventative Maintenance
- Provide customer service and support to the users of the Suncor licensed vehicle fleet.
Experience and Education Requirements
- High school diploma
- University degree, technical diploma or journeyperson trade or combination of education and experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in SAP
- Detailed and organized
- 3 years work experience in service or support groups in a commercial or industrial setting
- Experience in or with fleet operation is an asset
- Must hold a valid driver's license and will be required to submit a current driver's abstract
