Because of our continuous growth, we would like to invite you to consider Helix ESG as a career option. Helix Corporate Human Resources has a need for a dynamic and talented Engineering Manager located in our Houston offices in the Marine Capital Projects Business Group.
About the Engineering Manager Position.
Reporting to VP of Marine Capital Projects, the primary role of this position will be to manage the design and analysis of offshore vessels such as semisubmersibles, ship shape vessels, and riser systems. Interface with outside vendors and contractors. Interface with classification and regulatory bodies.
Experience Required:
BS Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering is required. A Graduate Degree is same disciplines, highly preferred. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience. Sound management skill with strong engineering in the design of floating systems. Sound decision making capability in dealing with all technical issues related to the design and analysis of floating vessels. Must be willing to work in foreign countries.
