Our client, a leading supplier to the oil and gas industry, and voted one of The World's Best Companies of 2009 in BusinessWeek, is seeking to hire the permanent services of an Industrial Management Control Coordinator.
Location: Blytheville, AR
Required years of experience: 5 or more years
Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree is a MUST
Job Duties:
- Coordinates and controls Industrial Engineering in search of continuous plant performance improvements
- Controls operating information management, preparing the operation and industrial cost budget, monitoring compliance and analyzing the best investment options
- Setting production and consumption standards, quoting products for sale, designing work processes for the area
- Controls and coordinates operating information management
- Prepares the annual operation and industrial cost budget
- Prepares the annual budget for operation and operating costs
- Performs benchmarking across plants
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with his/her staff
