To drive the entry and expansion of Pressure Control Systems product line across existing and new customer base.
•Develops business plan for geographic regions and accounts including market pricing and value proposition.
•Develops strategy to increase product line sales to goals.
•Trains the sales force on the product line
•Assesses the utilization of technologies within the Product Line and develops plans for packaging for clients and assists with driving client education.
•Prepares supporting marketing collateral.
•Develops market pricing and oversees the quote process for the product line, including major tenders or proposals.
•Establishes annual revenue goals for the geographic region by client.
•Work closely with operation group ensuring SOP's, training, and operational excellence processes are in place.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and (5) years of progressive work experience, or (10) years of industry technical work experience for non-degreed candidates.
