This position implements sales programs for company key products and services.   While focusing on completions, the sales representative will also be responsible for increasing Frac Water Heating and Surface Rental sales within the region.  This position will maintain in contact with key markets and customers while maximizing utilization rates.  The Sales Representative plans and directs all sales activities to maximize profit from all segments of the market, including getting customers' invoices signed and taking care of the customer's operational needs.  
Requirements
A successful candidate must:
-Work effectively under pressure.
-Multi-tasking
-Have good verbal and written communication skills.
-Work a flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
-Have a minimum of 1 year Oil Field Sales
-Have some experience in Completion Sales
-Coordinate with the Sales Team to send information about Aerion to new prospects.
-Make appointments with new prospects to formally meet with appropriate personnel at the prospective company.
-Prepare and make formal presentations about Aerion's products and services.
-Meet with existing customers to understand the customer's new business needs.
-Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that Aerion maintains preferred vendor status.
-Integrate into the customer's operations in order to meet and build relationships with decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
-Follow new trends within the market to remain on the cutting edge of the industry and meet the customers' needs.
