Job Description:


This is a role to join our inside sales team which assists our sales team in building leads, looking at market reports and anticipating trends so to get the sales team in creating the relationships before the need may be identified by the customer.  Someone who has industrial sales experience, specifically in lead generation. Candidate should come from pulp & paper, O&G, Power Generation, heavy industry. Experience in rotating equipment lubrication is a huge plus.

Responsibilities include
•Generate qualified leads for the field sales force through outbound telesales
•Interaction with key stakeholders of potential customer organizations for the company services and equipment  
•Determine the target companies and assess potential new business opportunitie
•Utilize information sources to generate calling lists of potential end-users of company services such as IIR or CRM  
•Support the field sales force team  
•Assist with trade shows and supply preparation
•To be a successful candidate you must have a go-getter personality and have high energy to keep up with fast paced and changing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  
•High School diploma or GED
•Professional certification a plus
•Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including  Word, Excel, and Outlook  
•Familiarity with Lubrication/Lubrication Systems preferred  
•Industrial Service oriented experience a plus
•Customer Relationship Management database skills desirable  
•Superior communication skills, including telephone presence, required.
•Organization skills; ability to organize and prioritize workload and document/maintain a variety of records.  
•Problem solving skills: ability to use good judgment and make decisions in complex or judgmental areas.
