Job Description:

The client started in 2005 and currently has 250 employees globally and is based in Xi'an, China. Three words that describe this growing company are: Emerging, Eminent, and Energetic. The client designs and manufactures basic and high technology down hole tools and surface systems. The client's tools are used in open hole formation evaluation, casing and tubing integrity assessment and well production determination across the global oil field industry. They have international market coverage in the following: United States, Canada, Kuwait, Austria, UAE, Iraq, Syria, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The client is an Innovative, Highly Reliable Open and Cased-Hole Wireline Solutions company is looking for energetic candidates committed to working with clients to find the proper solution.

•Requires Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering.
•Requires 4 + years of mechanical design experience (Wireline Tools)

Essential Job Functions:

•Develop drawings and specifications of mechanical systems.
•Participate in field assignments that will include startup services and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
•Prepare contract documents, data sheets, design reports, and specifications for mechanical engineering projects.

Skills & Experience:

•4-15 year track record in Mechanical Engineering.
•Develop, review and promote Intellectual Property requirements.
•Experience with logging, wireline, cased-hole and open-hole tools.
•Ability to work with and lead design teams.
•Participate in company internal and external technology groups.
•Experience with design assignments.
•Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.
•Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at proficient levels.
•Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
•Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
•Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
•Work with Quality Compliance department regarding compliance issues.
•Continuously fully comply with all regulatory related requirements.
•Committed to a high standard of safety and willing to comply with all safety laws and all of the company's safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
