Job Description:

Act as the key point of contact with specified client(s)
Maintain/develop a positive and productive business relationship with client(s) by maximizing international work opportunities and optimizing new work potential, facilitating day-to-day operations, securing current business, resolving problems, avoiding claim situations or loss of work

•Meet or exceed agreed sales targets, delivering revenue and profit to the global network, with regard to assigned accounts.
•In conjunction with the Oil & Gas SBU strategy, develop global and regional strategy for the KA and translate into pragmatic action plans and execute. Support Local Affiliates in the definition and the implementation of local action plans,
•Work in collaboration with the regional sales and account management team to deliver revenue and enhance relationships with global customers,
•Act as the initial point of contact with client(s), facilitate effective coordination of job orders, enquiries and technical exchanges between affiliates, offices and personnel involved in the execution of the contract (local KAMs, coordinators),
•Plan and coordinate KA activities to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded within prescribed time frames,
•Proactively investigate new opportunities with client(s) for the Oil &Gas SBU and other business lines including the Technical Staffing Services division.
•Maximize existing revenue potential, where profitable, by proactively networking with decision-makers within client(s) and maintaining regular contacts,
•Attend regular meetings with client(s) (global, regional and local) for business development, marketing purposes, technical governance, performance reviews, resolution of conflicts, delivery of invoices and reports,
•Actively promote the image, capability and integrity of the company within the KA,
•Continuously monitor revenue trends to determine areas of weakness and take appropriate actions
•Mobilize appropriate resources to support smooth operations,
•Monitor all communications with client(s) in collaboration with the local and global teams, including updates, reports and invoicing to ensure compliance with client(s) requirements (timeliness, accuracy, responsiveness),
•Ensure prompt resolution of service delivery issues or matters of customer concern through close coordination between the KA and executing branches,
•Avoid claim situations and mitigate any legal measures against the company,
•Within the scope of the KA, review and modify policies and procedures as appropriate in accordance with the O&G SBU team,
•Work closely with other KAMs and Global teams (Technical Staffing, Competence Centers Field Services, Quality, Finance, other Business lines, ...) to foster a cooperative internal environment and to share and promote best practices within the company,
•Monitor customer satisfaction and get involved with the execution team if necessary,
•Regularly report to O&G SBU management on client(s) status and issues,
•Provide continuous education, information, technical assistance and back-up to company offices involved in activities with the KA,
•Keep abreast of external market developments, relevant legislation, competitor activity (in general and especially in relation to the KA), to ensure company remains the service provider of choice,
•Regularly chase up outstanding invoices and monitor DSO,
•Maintain knowledge of the company Group network and services,
•At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of company employees and clients, in line with company policies and procedures,
•At all times, comply with company Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
•Degree in Business Management and/or Engineering in the related technical field,
•Minimum of 5 years experience in the related field (international Key account management in Oil & Gas),
•Current / previous international exposure and relationship with major internal Oil operators will be considered as a plus,
•Languages: Native English, other languages welcomed.
